Accommodation: 1 Springfield is a three storey, semi-detached, stone built cottage on the outskirts of the pretty village of Holme in the South Lakes, eight miles from Kirkby Lonsdale. With one double bedroom, one twin and a sofa bed, the cottage can sleep five people. The cottage also contains a family bathroom, an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with the sofa bed and a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a front garden with a decking area and a side garden. Located in beautiful countryside and with so much to explore, 1 Springfield is a wonderful cottage all year round.
Underfloor gas central heating throughout, woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD. Library of books/games. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Fuel for woodburner on honesty box basis. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front garden & decking area, side garden/grass track. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 15 mins walk. Note: Owners use grass track to side of property for access on occasion
