Offering self-catering accommodation for up to five people in three bedrooms, 8 Station Mews is a terraced cottage, set on the site of an old railway station in the centre of the seaside town of Silloth in the truly wonderful Lake District, Cumbria.
Accommodation: This cottage sleeps five people and has three bedrooms, consisting of one double with an ensuite, one twin and one single bedroom, as well as a family bathroom, and a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. The cottage also has a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. To the outside of this cottage there is good roadside parking by the cottage. 8 Station Mews is a perfect family holiday home in an area that has plenty to see and do.
Full gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, books/games etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Car parking space in car park for 1 car and good roadside parking by the cottage. Front patio. Rear yard. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.
Location: Silloth is a popular seaside resort on the shores of the Solway Firth. The town has a mild climate, sea views and beautiful sunsets, plus there is 36 acres of open grassland, known as 'The Green' and a championship golf course. The area boasts the Cumbria Coastal Walk and birdwatching, whilst the Lake District National Park is close by. Silloth is an ideal base from which to enjoy the delights of the Lake District.
