Beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, it sits just 1 mile from Holker Hall and park and only 6 miles from Lake Windemere. Beatrix Potter's home (National Trust), Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall, Coniston Water and the many delights of the Lake District are easily accessible.
There are many footpaths and horse riding is available locally. Golf is available 3 miles away.There is a shop and two dining pubs situated just at 200 yards.
Accommodation: (Sleeps: 4 + cot in 2 bedrooms).
Ground floor: Lobby. Cloakroom/W.C. Open plan sitting/dining room with doors to garden. Well equipped kitchen.
First floor: Double bedroom with 5' bed. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath).
"I would highly recommend this lovely cottage - it was beautifully decorated and felt very cosy. It was within walking distance to pubs and shops in the village, and just a short drive into Grange-over-Sands and other places of interest in the Lakes. "
