Details: A warm welcome, good food and the comfort of guests are our priority. The house is entirely non-smoking and has been awarded four stars by the English Tourist Board. We are located in a quiet street of Windermere village just 300metres from the train station, shops, restaurants and pubs. Our front rooms have distant mountain views of Coniston Old Man, Wetherlam, Crinkle Crags, Scafell Pike, Great Gable and the Langdale Pikes. Our pricing is very competitive.

Accommodation: We have four rooms – both double and twin – all with en-suite facilities, central heating, a comfortable chair, colour television, DVD player, clock radio, hairdryer and beverage tray. We have a comfortable sitting area in the dining room stocked with maps, local information, daily and local papers and a few games, jigsaws and DVD’s. Guests are also welcome to use our internet connection to check their email etc.

Breakfast: We try to excel at breakfast. We offer a varied menu and purchase all the materials we can locally from quality producers, all jams and marmalades are home made as is our muesli and granola. We will be happy to accommodate special dietary needs with notice.
