The gentle pace of life experienced here, the feeling of being at one with nature, with sheep in the fields, buzzards in the sky, and herons on the stream running through the orchard.
This is a superb family holiday setting where children can just go out to play, on the rafts or play area.
There is a games room where you can re-discover your zest for life with a game of table tennis or pool. The ease of walking the dog, with all that space around you is just superb.
The miniature railway, the famous 'Ratty', whose steam engines trundle through the farmland across the fields.
May be you would just like to take in the stunning scenery, but whatever your requirements there is a very real feeling, of peace and tranquillity.

The three Pine Lodges, Barn Garth, Field End and Wood Bank, share the acre of orchard with the ancient apple trees and the stream that opens out to the raft pool .

What could be nicer than to sit out on the veranda with a gin and tonic and watch the world go by? All three face South and the orchard is a natural suntrap.
The lodges share the laundry, games room and playarea.

Each lodge has a lovely big sitting room with wood burning stove,  Freesat HDTV, and a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen opens off this, and is fully fitted with hob, combination conventional/microwave oven, fridge, dishwaher etc.

There is a double room, twin room and a bunk room with adult size bunks.
