About White Cross Bay Holiday Park: Situated in the heart of the Lake District, the park consists of delightful wooded parkland running down to the shore of Lake Windermere. The views of the lake and surrounding fells is quite simply breathtaking. There is a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness suite, a relaxing bar and a fully licensed restaurant with optional takeaway service. Live entertainment is performed in the bar most weekends during peak the season.

Laundry facilities and a well stocked licensed shop are also available. Outdoors there is children's play area and a games area consisting of a combined tennis court, 5 a side football pitch and a basketball court with added childrens facilities new to 2012.

For quieter pursuits on site you can find a picnic area nestling alongside the lake, a dog walking area set in the woodland and a charming beer garden. Sailing and water sports enthusiasts can enjoy the marina at White Cross Bay. A stream gently flows its way through the park encouraging ducks and other wildlife. Within 10 minutes walking distance is the Lake District Visitor Centre at Brockhole and a little further on is the Low Wood Water Sports centre.
