Set in the heart of the South Lakes district, this wonderful little cottage comes with all mod-cons; such as an iPod dock and DVD player; and is within easy driving distance of the Lake District National Park, Lakeland Motor Museum and pleasant seaside resort of Grange-over-Sands making it a great destination, no matter what the time of year.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms. 1 x double, 1 x single. Ground floor bathroom with corner bath, shower over, basin & WC. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.
Full gas fired central heating, additional heating from gas fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, flat screen colour TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock. Library of DVDs, books & games. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Travel cot & highchair. Ample roadside parking. Sorry, no smoking & no pets. Shops & pubs 2 mins walk. Note: This is an old property, with steep stairs and some uneven walls. Because of this stair-gates cannot be fitted, so take extra care if bringing babies/toddlers.
