Its location, 5 minutes from the M6 and A66, makes traveling to all parts of Cumbria and the Pennines easy without the delays of central Lake District traffic in the peak holiday period.

Accommodation: Consists of a large family kitchen with a flagstone floor, small study, lounge which opens full height to the beams and a galleried landing which contains the dining area.

The master bedroom is large with exposed beams and an en-suite. The second bedroom is also spacious with a double bed and sink. The third bedroom is a further double room and finally there is a twin bedroom. The main bathroom has a roll top bath, toilet, sink and bidet.
