Details: Situated on a working beef and sheep farm, within its own private gardens and nestling in the slopes of the Howgill fells, in the truly stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park. You will find beautiful scenery and an ideal location for cycling, walking or touring both the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District National Parks. Howgill itself is 2.5 miles from Sedbergh where there are pubs, cafes, shops, a post office, garage and a traditional street market each Wednesday. The location is also directly on the Dalesway footpath and The Howgills are close by. There are golf courses at Sedbergh and Casterton, open to non members.

Drawell Cottage: Drawell Cottage has sleeping accommodation for 4 persons in 1 king size double and 1 twin. Both rooms have radiators for those colder months, ample wardrobe and storage space, bedside tables with lamps and spectacular views over the fells. Bed linen is provided.

The bathroom has a bath and shower with towels provided, and the kitchen is c/w washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave with a fridge and freezer located in a separate pantry. There is a combi-boiler which provides a plentiful supply of hot water and all electricity is inclusive in the price. A cot and highchair are available.

The lounge has oak beams and paneling, an electric wood effect stove within a rustic brick inglenook fireplace. A CD/cassette player/radio,r TV and video are provided, and there are stunning views of the Howgill Fells and the Lune Valley.

The cottage has enclosed gardens to both the front and rear, both are child and pet safe. There is a patio and barbeque area for the use of guests for dining or simply relaxing and taking in the views. We also welcome well behaved dogs.

Bed & Breakfast: A warm welcome awaits you at Bramaskew, our working family run farm and Bed & Breakfast, in the heart of the beautiful Howgill Fells. We are situated at the foot of the Howgill Fells in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and within easy reach of the Book town of Sedbergh. Bramaskew is on the Dalesway footpath and also The New Walney to Wear cycle route. We are an ideal base for walking in the lovely rolling Howgill fells or the upper Lune Valley, also ideal for touring the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.

We can offer a king sized double and a twin bedded room, both with en-suite facilities and in the newly built part of the farmhouse. Each room has tea & Coffee making facilities and a colour TV and fantastic view of the Howgills and The Lune Valley. Breakfast is a traditional cooked English plus a choice of cereals , fruit juice and toast. Packed lunches available on request
