Explore a quieter corner of the Lake District or go sightseeing from this purpose-built, child-friendly hostel nestling among the fells and set in its own extensive grounds. You'll find local walking routes to suit all abilities and interesting trails nearby. Or, visit Hardknot Roman Fort, the stone circles at Burnmoor, Stanley Gyll Falls or the Cumbrian Coast. The hostel has a wildlife garden and nature traiil. Great family meals are served here and the hostel is fully licensed.
