Welcome to Granary Nook Cottage located in the heart of Windermere Village in the beautiful English Lake District. Granary Nook was built around 1850 using traditional Lakeland Stone and is located in a central position within the village of Windermere in the heart of the Lake District just a few metres from the shops of the village, an ideal central position to enjoy your Lake District holiday.

Granary Nook is located over 3 floors; the ground floor comprises of a fully fitted Kitchen with access to Garden, Lounge with satellite TV and DVD. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with double beds and the second floor comprises a large Bathroom with shower, bath, WC and an optional third single bedroom if requested. For the occasional rainy day we offer a comprehensive range of DVDs, CDs, Books and Board games. The Holiday Cottage is centrally heated with everything you could possibly need to make a wonderful Holiday in the Lake District.

Granary Nook is a pet friendly Holiday cottage with enclosed garden. The fully enclosed garden offers a pleasant area to enjoy with plenty of furniture provided and is sure to be well utilised by holidaymakers of all ages enabling you to relax after a hard day walking in the Lake District, there is a bakery on the corner, the fresh Danish pastries and croissants are highly recommended. On street parking is available and a parking permit is supplied for you to use during your stay.
