The cottage is located in a very peaceful setting in the small village of Cark-in-Cartmel away from any roads yet only a minutes walk to the centre of the village and the 2 great village pubs both of which serve good food.

Converted from a 19th Century barn by a local craftsman, Grange End Cottage has thick stone walls, a large, inglenook fireplace, many original features including owl holes (now glassed in), oak beams and is lavishly furnished using a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture The cottage has every modern convenience you would expect and need and lots of ‘little extras’ too.
