Details for High Borrans Lodges

On a working hill farm in the Troutbeck-Kentmere fells are our beautiful Nordic timber lodges, luxuriously appointed to provide the perfect self-catering get-away for couples seeking peace and quiet amid stunning Lake District scenery, only ten minutes from Windermere.

There are just two lodges, providing a private and exclusive retreat for the discerning visitor to the Lakes. High Borrans Lodges are built to the highest specification and have central heating throughout.

The accommodation includes comfortable living room with its stove-effect fire, television and DVD player, dining area, bedroom with kingsize bed, luxuriously appointed bathroom with massive walk-in shower and “his and hers” washbasins.

The kitchen is very well appointed with electric oven and gas hob, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

Outside is a large deck with lovely views, private parking and barbecue area above the landscaped grounds. Bridlepaths lead directly from the farm, making it the ideal base for exploring on foot, bike or horse. Dogs (two per lodge) are welcome.
