Rental Notes: • Weekly changeover is normally on Friday • The total price includes gas, electricity, duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels/tea towels • Cleaning/laundry charge on departure is included •

A deposit of £100 will secure your booking, remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival • Check in time is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival • The lodge must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure •

Short breaks are not usually available during the peak holiday periods, however enquiries may be considered at short notice • Regrettably no pets are allowed • Strict no smoking policy in the lodge and decking areas • Sorry no single sex groups under age 25, exceptions may be made to this rule at the owners discretion • Please call for further details
