Situated in the heart of the Lake District close to Keswick town centre the en-suite bedrooms have lovely views of the surrounding hills and woodlands. Real value for money has always been of paramount importance and in these particular hard times the tariff for 2009 has been kept at or below the 2008 rate.

Accommodation: The five en-suite bedrooms are individually furnished. All have remote controlled TV, Clock Radio, Hairdryer and Tea/Coffee making facilities as standard. A private car park at the rear of the guest house. 'Standard' en-suite double rooms at the rear of the property have fine views of the wooded slopes of Latrigg, these are available for single occupancy. A cosy 'standard' en-suite ground floor double room is useful for anyone who has problems with stairs. 'Superior' en-suite rooms have panoramic views towards Keswick and can accommodate couples, twins, triples or families of up to four people. Pets are welcome.
