Originally a Victorian town house built in the late 1800's, Lincoln House now provides high standard centrally heated bed and breakfast accommodation with large comfortable rooms (some en-suite), all tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished.

The guest house is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only two minutes walk into the centre of town, with ample parking available. Every guest room has fantastic views either towards Skiddaw to the North, and south towards Borrowdale and Newlands. Traditional Cumbrian architecture and a beautiful yet convenient location make Lincoln House a perfect place to enjoy a few days away from it all. Accommodation: Lincoln House has seven comfortable guest rooms available on a bed and breakfast basis, accommodating a maximum of 14 people.

The B&B accommodation comprises:- • two en-suite double rooms with shower & WC. • a superior ensuite room with magnificant views of Catbells. • one family/triple room with one double bed, two single beds en-suite with shower. • one en-suite twin room with shower & WC. • one standard double room with private bathroom. Dressing gown provided.
