With accommodation spread over the first floor of a detached, traditional converted barn in beautiful countryside, this charming property in the hamlet of New Hutton makes a sympathetically converted and well equipped holiday home. There are original features that have been retained in the property, such as crook beams and exposed stonework, and the ‘gothic’ style bedroom adds to the charm of the cottage. Outside is a garden with furniture and BBQ, while the local pub is just a 10 minute stroll away. Both the Dales and the southern Lakes can be easily reached, as can the town of Kendal.
Accommodation: All first floor. One king-size double bedroom. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area. Ground floor entrance with utility room with basin, and stairs to first floor accommodation.
