Details: Newlands Fell luxury guest house is superbly located in the tranquil Newlands Valley, on the road that runs through the Newlands Pass to Buttermere. This is the perfect starting point for a number of walks and for touring the beautiful local area yet is just a ten minute drive from the amenities of Keswick and its 25 pubs and restaurants!

Our appetizing breakfasts are sure to set you up for the day and guests have a choice from the menu wich includes a traditional full English, continental or cereal breakfast. A home cooked evening meal is available at an additional cost and by prior arrangement. Food can be enjoyed in our dining room with adjoining patio, where guets are invited to enjoy the panoramic views on warm summer's days.

Accommodation: We have six luxury guest rooms, five of which are en-suite. All rooms are fully equipped with flat screen LCD TVs and hot beverage making facilities.

Specialities: Guests are invited to soak away that long days walk in the jacuzzi in the communal bathroom. We have a locked cabin for bicycles and a drying room. You are welcome to visit our adjoining tea rooms and sample some of Becky & Johns famous scones (just like Grandma’s) along with other home made culinary delights.
