Details for Oldfield House

Our two large premier double rooms are on the sunny front side of the house and both have king-sized beds and en-suite bath and shower rooms. We have two double rooms on the second floor one with a shower the other with a bath.Our flexible family room can accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 children and can also be used as an adult triple, double or twin bedded room. We have one twin bedded room and for the single travellers we have 2 single bedded rooms.

The rooms are appointed with many creature comforts including high quality bed linen, LCD/DVD Tv’s, beverage tray, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and all the bathrooms benefit from the latest high pressure shower technology, luxurious Egyptian cotton towels and complimentary shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, and make up remover.

The rooms are arranged over the first and second floors. We are unable to provide any ground floor accommodation. Our guests’ lounge has local information, a varied selection of books and guides to the extensive attractions available in the Lake District, which will help you decide on what to do during your stay.

Extras:
For special occasions why not take advantage of having a flower arrangement and a box of hand made chocolates in your room? We can also provide , flask fills and drying facilities.
There is plenty of unrestricted parking outside of our house and we also have our own small car park. The house is fully non smoking.
