Semi detached, the cottage has its own garden and is only 300 yards from the nearest shop and pub. Walking, climbing, tennis and golf are available locally, along with coarse fishing.
At Grizedale Forest, 27 miles away, there is cycling, and at Coniston Water, 10 miles away, there is sailing and watersports. The sandy beach at Haverigg is within 9 miles, and other local attractions include Windermere, Ravenglass and Eskdale railway, and Muncaster Castle.
