This lovely detached sandstone cottage is located in the village of Cliburn near to Penrith and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms. Set between the Lake District and the North Pennines, Rock Cottage is certain to appeal all year round.
Accommodation: Rock Cottage is a detached sandstone cottage in the hamlet of Cliburn just five miles from Penrith on the edge of the Lake District National Park. The cottage has three bedrooms (two doubles and one family room) which with the addition of a sofa bed in the lounge make it suitable for up to eight people. The rest of the accommodation includes two family bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with a dining area, a gas stove and the sofa bed, as well as a snug with an open fire. Outside the cottage is a large garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, off road parking for four cars and secure bike storage. Set between the Lake District and the North Pennines, Rock Cottage is sure to appeal all year round.
Full oil central heating, additional heating from gas stove in sitting room and open fire in snug. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x colour TV's with Freeview, DVD, radio, books/games etc. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Large mature garden with furniture and BBQ. Bike storage in lockable shed. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
