Sleeping six people in three bedrooms, this stylish single storey cottage is just a few minutes from the friendly local pub and just a mile from the beach in Kirksanton, near Millom in Cumbria.
Accommodation: Standing Stones Cottage, a detached single storey cottage with wonderful views of the open countryside, is a 15 minute walk from the beach in Kirksanton, a small hamlet on the west coast of Cumbria. The master bedroom has a king-size double with en-suite shower room, while the two twin rooms offer comfortable accommodation. The family bathroom has both a corner bath and a walk-in shower cubicle, and there is an additional basin and WC. The kitchen is spacious, and has a large dining area, while the cosy sitting room has a warming electric stove. Outside, the large enclosed garden is a great spot to enjoy the views, and there is off road parking for three cars. With walking and cycling, castles and beaches so close, Standing Stones Cottage makes a great year-round base.
