Meadowbank Lodge is an 18th Century former Granary in the Lakeland village of Staveley that has been converted into a traditional looking holiday cottage. Able to sleep four people in one twin and one double bedroom, the cottage also boasts a family bathroom and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting area with a solid fuel stove. Outside the cottage is a small garden with furniture, a covered deck area, bike storage and off road parking for one car. Exuding "olde worlde" charm and being centrally located in the village, Meadowbank Lodge is a fabulous holiday cottage in a beautiful location.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with solid fuel stove and electric fire.
Electric storage heaters throughout with additional heating from wood burner and electric fire in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, colour TV, DVD, CD etc. Books/games etc. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car within garden gates. Cottage garden with furniture. Large adjoining outbuilding for cycle storage, plus covered deck with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
