Details: Storrs Gate House is a lovely 19th Century detached, country bed and breakfast, nestling in its own secluded, spacious gardens, opposite Lake Windermere. A leisurely, picturesque 15-minute stroll will take you along the lakeshore into Bowness Bay and village. Being only half a mile from Bowness-on-Windermere, our location is convenient for amenities, yet out of the hustle and bustle of the busy resort. Windermere village is one and a half miles from the lake. We are a short taxi ride from Windermere railway station. Ample car parking spaces are also provided for our guests.

We are delighted to present two ground floor bedrooms, offering very high quality, luxury accommodation and wheelchair access.
