Brand new in 2011, a stylish and luxurious modern Pine Lodge located at Limefitt Park. This is an award winning and spectacular location in the stunning Troutbeck Valley near Windermere, South Lake District.
Welcome to Striding Edge Lodge - a brand new luxury holiday home set in an elevated position on the award winning five star Limefitt Park.
It offers guests a luxurious home from home. The living area is bright and spacious, with comfortable leather sofas, a smart dining area and a well appointed kitchen complete with built in microwave , freezer and dishwasher. Patio doors open onto a spacious private deck where guests can relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Troutbeck valley.
The lodge sleeps four in comfort. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, attractive built in wardrobes and a luxury en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and plenty of cupboard space.
The great beauty of Limefitt is its peaceful and tranquil location – a place to soak in the stunning views to Wansfell Pike and surrounding fells. It is also a great base for those with a passion for walking, mountain biking, running and all outdoor activities the Lake District can offer. Many spectacular walks cross through Limefitt so you can quite literally step onto the fells from your own front door. And it is just a couple of miles to Windermere, Bowness & Ambleside and all the fantastic local attractions.
