There is a ground floor super king-size double bedroom, which can be offered as a twin on request, with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside there is use of shared mature gardens, and off road parking for two cars. With the National Park, narrow gauge railway and Muncaster Castle all within easy reach, Surprise View makes an ideal base for a couple, friends and walkers alike.
Electric heaters throughout, additional heating from woodburner in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, CD. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent, additional wood available to purchase from owners. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Shared mature gardens with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved pet welcome. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile.
Location: The village of Ravenglass is on the edge of the Lake District National Park, and is a coastal village, once a regular smuggling base.
