Swinside Lodge Country House Hotel is a unique Georgian lakeland property set in its own gardens situated at the foot of Cat Bells in the beautiful Newlands Valley, making it one of the best hotels in Keswick.
It is surrounded by fells - Skiddaw, Blencathra, Cat Bells, Causey Pike & Swinside. The garden teems with birds, is visited by red squirrels, hares and has resident pheasants. Relax in the unimaginable quiet of the area, taking in the wealth of exceptional views! The tranquil beauty of the shores of Derwentwater is a mere 5 minute stroll away where the Keswick launch provides a regular service round the lake.
