This lovely well maintained mid-terraced holiday cottage is centrally located in the beautiful village of Bardsea, 2 miles from Ulverston in the Lake District, and can sleep four people in two double bedrooms.
Accommodation: The Cottage is a traditional, mid-terraced cottage situated in Bardsea village, 2 miles from Ulverston in the Lake District. The cottage offers two double bedrooms, meaning it can sleep four people in total, and has a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. On the ground floor there is a small fitted kitchen, along with a sitting room with dining area. Outside the cottage is a small raised patio area with furniture. With the local pub just a short stroll away, and the attractions and scenery of the Lake District National Park within easy reach, The Cottage makes a great base for a Lakeland holiday.
Full gas fired central heating with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, TV, DVD, CD/radio. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking approx 10 yards from cottage. Small raised patio area with garden furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 min walk.
Location: The little village of Bardsea overlooks Morecambe Bay and is home to two pubs, serving fine ales and food. Ulverston is close by and hosts a bi-weekly market and many festivals including December's Dickensian Festival. The wonderful scenery of the Lake District is in easy reach, along with beaches on the Furness Coast.
