Idyllically situated within the grounds of Dale Head Hall, a lovely country house hotel on the shores of Lake Thirlmere, a true birdwatcher’s paradise and where red squirrels are regularly seen playing in the gardens.
The apartment overlooks an original cobbled courtyard and has been created from the Hall’s Victorian Coach House. Approached along a private tree lined drive, the apartment offers peace and tranquillity in a secluded, yet very central location, midway between Keswick and Grasmere amidst some of the country’s most spectacular scenery at the foot of the magnificent Helvellyn.
A paradise for walkers, for either a gentle stroll on the lakeshore, or the more challenging fells and mountains. Take advantage of the country Inn which is within easy walking distance, or enjoy Dale Head Hall where you can dine in the award winning hotel restaurant or try a meal in the newly created bar in the Elizabethan part of the Hall. Visit nearby Keswick just 5 miles away which has good shops, pubs, tea shops and restaurants.
