With the amenities of Keswick close by, as well as golfing, fishing and horse-riding, this property is well placed in the heart of the beautiful Cumbrian countryside.

Three piece bathroom with electric shower over bath. Modern kitchen. Dining room. Spacious, comfortable sitting room with magnificent fell views and woodburning stove.
Electric heating from night storage heaters, additional heating from woodburning stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, colour TV, DVD player. Electricity inc. in rent, initial supply of fuel for woodburner provided during winter (on request during summer). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot. Front garden and patio to rear.
