Beautiful & Traditional Pine Lodge set in a stunning riverside location near Windermere in the English Lake District, dog friendly.

Located on the spectacular and award winning 5 star Limefitt Park close to Troutbeck village and just 3 miles from Windermere, Waterside Lodge offers delightful and comfortable self catering accommodation. It's location situated directly on the riverbank above Trout Beck is simply beautiful - the private deck overlooks the water with open fields and views beyond. There are year round activities for everyone and with direct access to the Fells it is a place to escape to as well as being close to the major tourist centres of Windermere, Bowness & Ambleside.

We offer weekly breaks (Friday arrival) as well as a 3 night weekend break (Friday to Monday) and a 4 night midweek break (Monday to Friday).

For entertainment there is a CD Radio with Ipod dock, 19'' LCD TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs & CDs.

On Site: Limefitt has a small shop within Reception at entrance to the Park ; Launderette ; Haybarn Pub for selection of hand-pulled real ales and good value food ; Beer garden with stunning views ; Outdoor children’s play area and river pool ; Free Wi-fi and internet access is available in the lodge.

Pet Friendly: Well behaved pets are welcome free of charge (2 dogs maximum). There is a specially designated 'dog field' at Limefitt where they can run around freely. If your doggy loves water, the river pool is a great spot to swim and throw sticks for a game of fetch.

Rental price is fully inclusive of all services, bed linen and towels and local cleaning charge. Price quoted is what you pay with no extras.
