Details: Holiday Houseboats & Apartments located directly on the shores of the truly stunning Lake Windermere. A holiday on one of our houseboats is a unique experience, and combines all the comforts of modern living with life afloat. We also offer 3 exquisitely furnished and equipped apartments with all our accommodation offering breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and mountains. A rowboat is included for trips out onto the lake.

Houseboats: The light airy cabins offer spacious accommodation with safe flat single level floors and decks. The main saloon is equipped with TV, video and CD player. Patio doors open from the saloon to the lower well furnished covered foredeck which in turn leads up to the upper sundeck.

There are two separate sleeping areas for up to 4 persons, and a full size walk-in shower with W.C. The master double cabin has patio doors leading to the private stern sundeck. There is a further sleeping area with full size bunk beds. The gallery is fully equipped with oven, microwave and fridge freezer, crockery and utensils.The houseboats are well heated for all year round comfort, and there is parking for one car per houseboat. Pets are accepted.

Apartments: This self catering accommodation is at a luxury level where attention has been given to the smallest detail. This traditional Lakeland stone house has been beautifully converted into two apartments and one studio apartment.

The Camargue Suite sleeps 6 and is the largest of the apartments. Situated on the ground floor it has an open plan lounge, formal dining area and a fully equiped luxury kitchen with dishwasher'. The master en-suite bedroom overlooks the quiet south end of the lake with luxury fitted furniture. Bedroom two is a smaller double room, and also boasts its own e-suite shower room. Bedroom three has full sized bunk beds for versatility. A family bathroom complete this lovely apartment.

The Mistral Suite sleeps 5 and is situated on the first floor; this beautiful suite boasts a large open-plan lounge a dining area and luxury fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The en-suite master bedroom has lake views and is furnished with quality pine furniture. Bedroom two is a twin bedded room and bedroom three, whilst only a single room, has fitted furniture and lake views. The lounge also incorporates a sofa bed.

The Lakeside Studio apartment sleeps 2 (+ infant) and is situated on the ground floor. There is a spacious lounge which has a large bay window offering views south over the lake, sofa and fold away dining table plus a double store away wall bed. Off the lounge is an en-suite shower room. There is a fully equipped kitchen area. Though small, this aprtment is quite delightful for single occupancy, a couple or a couple with a small child.
