Lake District Winter Skills, Saturday 19th January 2013 - Over the weekend, we aim to provide you with essential skills of navigating, safe travel, avalanche awareness and hillwalking in the winter mountains. This course is ideal for those with some experience in the hills in summer conditions who are looking to progress to winter walking.This course will be based in the Borrowdale Valley where there is plenty of accommodation available, including the Borrowdale YHA. Keswick is also only a short distance away.
