Cleator Moor

Cleator Moor is a unique Cumbrian town close to the west coast and within easy reach of the beautiful Lake District. Situated on the Coast to Coast Walk and the Coast to Coast Cycle Route it is an ideal place for visitors to stay and explore the area. Surrounded by stunning scenery and in the shadow of Dent Fell there are numerous delightful walks and climbs for the outdoor enthusiast. 

The town has an historic market square and is scattered with sculptures depicting the towns' past mining history. The main street is crossed by small roadways which cut through the square with a few shops,and traditional pubs to be enjoyed.
